「Rooms shown on website have view of Thames. Our room did not. We had to change room as the sink in bathroom was leaking. The hotel staff changed our room immediately but our room was next to a construction site which was quite noisy. The hotel staff was not able to upgrade us to a better room despite the leaking sink. Staff was accommodating as our luggage was lost, they lent us each a jacket. We were very thankful. Staff is very nice and made up for the noise and leaky sink but we would have...

「房間乾淨舒適、配備小廚房(含IH爐、烤箱、餐具及鍋具等)、滾筒式洗衣機，但沒有附調味料、洗碗精或是洗衣精，如果住宿天數較長，建議自備。 地點位於東西倫敦交界，交通方便，離地鐵大概五至十分鐘距離，周邊亦有超商及市集可以採買跟逛街，亦有多國餐廳可供選擇。 五樓的公共空間寬敞，附設簡易的茶、咖啡等飲品。 服務人員態度良好。 」

「房間很大，設備齊全，有洗烘乾衣機，小廚房該有的廚具餐具一應俱全，提供的備品也剛剛好，連咖啡茶包也都有，設計我也很喜歡也很乾淨，就在泰特美術館的旁邊10分的滿意。價格也不貴。」

「去希斯路機場或出市區的交通都非常方便。住房安靜又乾淨，免費的自助洗衣乾衣以及非常齊全的廚房用具就像住在家裡一樣。」

「Very good service and convenient location! The room was spacious enough for a 3 person family. The mini kitchen with toaster and simple kitchen equipment was very good design and considerate for family travel. I will definitely come back again in the future! 」
