「Unit was adorable, comfortable and extremely clean and maintained. Text communication with host was immediate. Housekeeping was able to make adjustments and we were able to check in early. Easy quick walk to the beach. Parking right in front of unit. Highly recommend for a family.」

「AvantStay was exceptional to work with. All our questions/concerns were answered extremely quickly, even at late night hours. Their communication and instructions were fantastic. The house has wonderful space and the neighborhood has heated pool, hottub, pickle ball courts, and trails. One trail goes to the beach, so very easy to access beach by bikes. Very close to Publix grocery and many restaurants, We love Seagrove and also enjoyed going to Seaside and Grayton Beach. 」

「Lots of issues. First one they put us in most of the lighting didn’t work. Ac didn’t work. Played hell getting them to move us. Called Expedia and the lady had a bad attitude said it wasn’t there problem and didn’t care. Doubt I’ll rent through them again. Property Manger had I don’t care attitude also really put a damper on our trip」
