「Hotel room very nice. Pool area very clean and someone always making sure towels are stocked and pool area in order. In room not enough towels for a party of 4. Found someones dirty socks in the living area under a chair. Elevators worked off and on and had my mom with who is not able to do stairs so was not a good thing and had to use service elevator so there was another option. Grandkids loved the room and especially the water slide. 」

「For some reason we are always on the 3rd floor, elevator sounds like it’s on its last leg. Hotel room is spacious but the size of pillows along with comfort and support of the pillows is horrible. The tissue box was empty. The phone kept ringing in our room every 1/2hr or so, called the front desk he said just unplug it? Well it’s hard wired into the wall. Skip that idea This hotel needs a face lift. Nice bar area just too many drunk guys for a Monday night」

「Ok hotel but overpiced, we were there for the 2024 Fargo Marathon so rates were crazy expensive. $300 Canadian dollars per nite (I guess my fault for not booking ealier). We picked this hotel based on reviews but found that we did not have the same experience as others. Our room was clean and beds were confortable, shower pressure was meh, it could have been better. 「Absolutely loved the bar service provided by server on Friday night, totally awesome. Very diligent with beautiful personality. I tipped her accordingly. She switched tv to the NHL Playoff game I wanted to watch. Awesome staff. Keep her. In retrospect, the server/bar manager on friday night needs to improve her skills.」
