「Staff and service was excellent! Very polite and accommodating, even with us checking in around 1am. Breakfast staff was incredibly sweet and attentive—kudos to the omelet chef, he was great and the food was wonderful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast both mornings of our stay before heading to Roots Picnic & it was just what we needed to get the day started. 「The attitude of the front desk clerk is very good. But when I asked a male manager for parking at the entrance of the hotel, his attitude was very unfriendly, and finally he didn't tell me where to park.」
