「One day shift female receptionist is very rude and impolite! When I confirmed my booking, she turned up her nose and flipped our passports. It’s very rude! In addition, the rest receptionist have racism against the guests other than the white! When we checked out and departed, they help the whites carrying their luggage into the shuttle, but ignore us entirely. 」

「飯店地點很方便，對面就有全家便利店、機車出租、行程購買，不遠處有7-11便利店，步行至奧南沙灘、奧南大街距離近。早餐種類多，選擇性多，有很多印度咖哩類的料理，惟須要避開用餐人潮，方能享受悠閒的用餐時光。對於飯店住宿品質整體來說，算是非常的不錯。唯獨因部分住宿客人的行為不優，讓此次住宿經驗有點不舒服，該國籍客人在客房外走廊喧鬧嬉戲甚至亂敲我的房門以致干擾到我，晚上12點左右，客房外以及樓上都有大聲喧鬧嬉戲的情形，噪音聲響及腳步震動聲持續甚久擾人清夢。」

「We're in general very happy with the service provided, F&B quality and the activities available in this resort. However, we feel that the in villa swimming pool is really showing its age and needs refurbishing or even replacement, same as the shower room.
