「Set in beautiful grounds with friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast and facilities. Room was well appointed but was a bit dark and dated. The window’s double glazing had blown. 」

「We regularly eat at The Bear, as we love the food, but this was our first time to stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. As always, the service in the restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious. Our waiter, Hi-Man was most attentive. 」

Breakfast is continental, but there is a nice variety of cereals and toast and other items. The internet was quite good, by British standards.」

「Very nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious and weel equipped. Comfy beds and were lucky to have a small balcony in kur room, out to the garden area. Great restaurant, book as very busy. Breakfast included in the stay and had a good choice of hot food. EV charging avaiable in the car park.」

「The Celyn is located in an outstanding rural position. From the moment you arrive Sarah and Paul were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was good sized, clean with outstanding views over the farm. The sheep and lambs were in the field in front and it was nice to see them. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The cooked breakfast was very high quality and very tasty and worthy of the reviews I had previously read. Overall the Celyn is a credit to Sarah and...
