「The experience was amazing from check in to check out. Really enjoyed using the spa. Which was followed by outstanding food in the restaurant. Breakfast was also very nice this morning with a very good choice. The staff were extremely pleasant in all areas of the hotel. But a special mention for John on reception, who couldn’t do enough for all visitors. Also Cici was the waitress was informative and very funny a great asset to the restaurant. 」

「The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.」

「Easy no frills check in. Haven’t seen any staff, we didn’t need them during our 2 night stay. Codes to access doors. Looks newly renovated. Room 7 on the 2nd floor has lovely view of the sea. Looks very clean and tidy but may need closer attention behind bedside lamps when cleaning as cobwebs seen. Has clothes cupboard meant for children, adult hangers cant fit in it.
