"Kempinski is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel and experience however some aspects have let us down during our stay. Their Bar fridges were malfunctioning and some items in the room from a house keeping perspective were not up to standard. It’s clean, they’re working on the elevator and other areas, but in general its ok.
