「We loved the Drury! We were pleasantly surprised with the many options offered at breakfast and we loved the pool and hot tub. We were able to walk all over Pittsburg including to PNC field and Stage AE for a concert. So many great restaurants nearby as well! We loved Bakersfield for tacos right around the corner. 」

「Booked a Riverview Room, check in was anytime after 3, we checked in around 4 and room was not ready. Initially told room was Mt Washington view and that house keeping was running behind. Lady at check in could not tell me when room would be ready and that we would receive a text. Asked other concierge and he comped our room $75 at bar/restaurant while we waited. Received text around 5 that not only room was ready but we were given a king size suite with our luggage already in room! Great...
