From the moment the (hotel-arranged) transport picked me up from the airport to when the (hotel-arranged) transport dropped me off at the airport, all the staff were excellent - very friendly, very helpful, very courteous. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, great for a solo traveller or a couple. Had a cabana room that opened out onto the pool, which was nice.
