「Room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Nice patio off the back. 」

「No complaints. Pool and hot tub were clean, not super chlorinated, and the jets were just right in the hot tub. Would stay again if/when I’m back in the area. Beds were comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. Enjoyed the cabin atmosphere of the whole hotel.」

「Very convenient location with a nice water park! Facility had a restaurant onsite that was nice. Morning continental breakfast terrible, but they’re rarely good at any hotel. Parking lot was right next to hotel with lots of space. Hotel was a little outdated, but still very clean.」

「Hotel was built in 90's and it has an antique look. Antiques was bought from Sultan of Morocco. You can see few antique furniture's in and around the property. Staff's were really nice and the hotel is pet friendly. The property has a well-lit parking lot. There are few family-owned restaurants at a walkable distance (Italian, Mexican). Loves Park is across the river if you want to take your pet for a walk or relax. It is very quiet and away from all the traffic. If you do not mind antique look...

「The hotel was great. Delicious breakfast. Great coffee. But the evening front desk lady left a lot to be desired when it comes to hospitality. Absolutely rude and condescending. 」

「I got into the shower, and when I went to wash my hair, the shampoo dispenser was empty. I had brought no shampoo with me, and had no one with me to get some from the hotel. I used body wash to wash my hair. Very frustrating! 」

「This resort is such a beautiful property with absolutely amazing views! We picked this spot to stay for my husband's birthday weekend and we loved our time staying there! Its close to downtown Galena and all it has to offer. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Galena!」
