「Upon check in, I was sitting in a wheelchair and even though I made the reservation, the front desk girl did not converse with me when my husband went to the car to retrieve my purse. Once my husband came back, conversation was between my husband and the front desk girl. Not cool!! Check out was different. The front desk girl bent over backwards to get us out of our room. Super helpful. Allowed us to extend our checkout without charge. We also called the front desk when I was attempting to book...

「The lights on the wall did not work the key reader stopped working in the middle of the night when I had to come back from the store there was shortstaff so there was no housekeeping plus the electricity was off during the day because of some construction that they were doing」

「We had a great stay and all staff were helpful and friendly. We did notice that the TV system is not user friendly. A staff person had to come over two nights in a row to stop the TV from freezing and not responding to the remote. Otherwise all was good! Jim & Alice Wright」

「Pretty nice place! The only thing we didn’t like is how loud the showers are. We could hear them right through the walls. The shower floor was very dirty looking. Bathroom floor might have been just stained. Otherwise everything else was perfect and everyone was nice. 」

「Stay was wonderful. Beautiful cabin, beautiful weather and absolutely beautiful views! Couch was terribly worn. Walk to shower house/ bathroom is a trek! Steps to it would be helpful. Overall the price was perfect, cabin very nice. The gamily time it created was amazing!」

「No handicap door buttons. Also they need to line up there handicap lines on outside parking. Some are so close to each other. 」
