「Everything is perfect! I love the room and the service」

「房间的卫生一般，我住三个晚上，都可以不换床单，搞到我的皮肤不舒服，感觉服务不是很友好，还有就是早餐用餐时间明明是6：30至11：30，但我11：10到那个服务员就很不好的大声告诉我关门了，态度非常的差，一天的好心情就给她影响了」

「It was clean and the staff was friendly, i would've liked if there was a microwave, but overall it was good, very close to Citizens Bank Park so very pleased with the experience 」

「Motto was great. The microtel experience was exactly what I needed for this trip. This part of Philadelphia was very walkable, and Motto was in the middle of everything. I was close to public transportation, dining, retail, could walk to Rittenhouse Square, and was close to historical Philadelphia. I have not been paid to endorse Motto or the Stephen Starr restaurants, but both were awesome. 」

「The room was pretty big and good. The only thing which was very bad is the breakfast which included very basic items like coffee and muffins but no bread, no cheese, no pancakes, no eggs or anything. 」

「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「旅館附近的街道非常狹小，車輛又多，上下車非常不方便。旅館又沒有自己的停車場，必須停在附近的停車場，車子又多，常常停不到位子！另外客房服務不到位，等了兩個多小時沒有人來舖沙發床，一直到深夜12點，只好自己下樓，請人送被單床單來自己鋪床。櫃檯電話竟然都打不通！」

「The area was very noisy at night the loudest disruption from 12am to 3:30am every night during my stay. Terrible! Facilities were old or in bad condition, my bed was broken, door of shower room was old and the first room I stayed had problem with the access code and the issue was not properly handled before I was assigned to stay that room. So I had to change to an other room starting from the second night. The reception counter was always empty and the call centre was hard to reach. It charged...

「The hotel itself is really good, but located in the city center, there are so many homeless people and druggies that make me feel unsafe.」

「Large, clean, well designed hotel with efficient staff. Lobby bar and restaurant. Good for conferences etc. In the midst of Center City with plenty of places to walk to for dinner nearby.」
