「The cleanliness of the apartment was extremely poor. It had clearly not been cleaned before we arrived since there was a plate of mouldy food left in the microwave. The oven also had bits of food in. There was a large stain on the carpet. The chairs were broken. We asked for a double room but were given a twin room and staff blamed expedia when we brought it up.
