The cleanliness of the apartment was extremely poor. It had clearly not been cleaned before we arrived since there was a plate of mouldy food left in the microwave. The oven also had bits of food in. There was a large stain on the carpet. The chairs were broken.
We asked for a double room but were given a twin room and staff blamed expedia when we brought it up. The fire alarm was out of battery and we had to replace the battery ourselves.
We have contacted the hotel via email and the website but we have heard nothing back from them.
We did not get our email how to check in not did we get the keys . We're stranded in Manchester after 7 and half hour travelling...service horrendous by hotels.com and refusing to refund us despite parent being taken a week early than should of and we never got our keys resulting in having to walk two miles to pay for another hotel
We diddnt even manage to get into the apartment there was no office open, we had no way of getting in. No email of how to get in, no one to help us and when I called up I got passed around 8 different numbers. Absolute disgrace. Ended up staying in a premier inn.

Cleanliness: Beer stains on floor, dust everywhere, linen was stained (with what I don’t want to think about), stale smell
Communication: completely non-existent, attempted to contact several times via email and phone with no response, even after lodging complaint with Expedia
Property condition: Reasonably modern but furniture was worn and chairs were falling to pieces, could not sit on them for fear they would break (I weigh 70kg)
Amenities: The “double sofa bed” is basically a single, not enough space for 2 fully grown adults - dont let them mislead you. The property provided bed linen for only 2 people (the 2x twin beds) even though we booked for 4. We complained about this via Expedia (to whom they responded lmao) because 2 people had nothing to sleep with but they refused to compensate, Expedia only offered us a 50.00 GBP voucher as “goodwill” and refused to investigate further. No bin bags provided - someone surely has to be trolling?
The apartment is in an unusual area (almost industrial) but very near to everything - a few Pound in a taxi. The actual apartment was perfect for us (2 adults & 2 children) really comfortable & clean. Great value - would definitely use again.

Es gab keine rechtzeitigen Check-In-Informationen. Erst auf unsere Rückfrage am Tag vor der Anreise erhielten wir am Tag der Anreise die benötigten Informationen.
Die nähere Umgebung war nicht so einladend.
Wohnung war in Ordnung, wenn es auch nicht das war, was uns angeboten wurde. Laut Beschreibung sollte sie 50 m² umfassen, doch diese hier war kleiner.
Die Wohnung selbst war sauber. Das Sofabett war ungemütlich und klein. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt und es wurde vom kontaktierten Anbieter keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es keinen Geschirrspüler.
There was no check-in information in time. It was only when we asked for it one day before our travel that we received the required information on the day of arrival.
The surrounding area was not so inviting.
The apartment was fine, even if it wasn't the one that was offered. According to the description, it should cover 50 m², but this one was smaller.
The apartment itself was clean. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and small. The toilet flush was defective and no remedial action was taken by the provider we contacted. Contrary to the description, there was no dishwasher.
The apartment was nice and clean but the hallway was very dirty, cigarette butts, there was a constant smell of stail beer, in the apartment there was ment to be a double sofa bed but is was only a small size seat with a pull out mattress which was only about 1 inch thick and not very comfortable , i don't think the beds were cleaned either as we found lond black hairs in the beds and none of our party has black hairs
till och börja med så luktar det extremt skumt i hela byggnaden och fimpar/skräp låg i trappuppgången. När vi väl hade fått nyckeln, så är rummet extremt stökigt. Någon bodde säkert kvar i det rummet vi hade fått. Illa luktande, stökigt och extremt äckligt. Blöta kläder låg på golvet, matrester överallt, golven var så kladdiga att man nästan fastnade när man gick och sedan såg det ut som att narkotika hade brukats. När vi ringer till själva hotellet och förklarar situationen så får vi oseriöst svar att dem ska kolla upp detta och sedan ringa upp. Efter att stått utanför i ungefär en timme utan att ha hört något från dem så kontakta vi hotels.com som löste problemet snabbt och hjälpte oss att hitta nytt hotell.
Apartment was perfect only 10 minutes walk from Manchester Arena and around 15/20 minutes walk to the city centre.
Only disappointing thing was communication when we arrived we got the wrong code to get our key and then it took an hour to get through ringing after constant attempts, communication was really poor in my personal opinion
Overall very good apartment and would recommend them!

Absolutely terrible service. My apartment was flooded so got moved to X1 Media City which was really nice apartments and obviously cant be helped but then received no information on how to check in and no specific directions on how to get there. There was no one ready to check me in and I was waiting 30-60 minutes for someone to arrive. Received no apologies for my issues. Finally got to my room and was about to use the internet which was very necessary for me to revise for my exams

The tv batteries were not working making us unable to watch tv. It was a hot night and the AC screen wasn’t working and so there was absolutely no ventilation in the bedroom. The neighbors next door were smoking weed.
Liked the modern feel of the inside.
I would not have liked to wander round the local area after dark.
Noisy slamming of nearby doors around midnight.
Woeful kitchen equipment, some in poor condition, many basics missing.

Very small for 5 people. Not enough glasses/cups/bowls for 5 people. Fine for somewhere to crash but would be good if it had enough utensils for the people staying.
Nothing. Disappointed that was in back streets of industrial area. Food rubbish on path. Front door wasn’t locked until last day. People partying until 3.30am. Ringing our door and ringing intercom. Two chairs 1 drinking glass. But enough beds. No WIFI which was not stated initial booking.
Lights didn’t work, no hot water, only two proper towels,tv didn’t work, hosts never answered their phone, was only given 1/3 of our room keys at the start
We were moved to Skyline Apartments last minute but these apartments were beautiful. So clean and modern with very comfy beds. Fantastic location. Callum who organised the move was very efficient and helpful. Great stay!
This accommodation is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was no water on the first night but the support team rectified this on the second night.
I found the location of the property to be really quite bad. Its located in a very run down industrial park on the outskirts of the city centre. While it is only a 20 minute walk from the city it is quite remote. Outside the accommodation is bleak, run down and not pleasant. If I had to go to and from the property in the hours of darkness I would not feel comfortable. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity and the surrounding area is littered with broken glass and general trash. I’d advise scrutinising the area on streetview or similar before making the booking. Others may find the location acceptable but it not somewhere I’d book again, purely down to location.
No Wi-Fi was disappointing too
The property was good, although the blinds didn't keep out the light. The main complaint I have is communication. We arrive at 3pm, after travelling since 5am and we hadn't received the codes to enter. It took 55mins and 3 phone calls to finally get in, with only an hour to get ready before having to go out. The checking in/out is unclear and the helpline unhelpful. Not a brilliant experience and will not use expedia again.
The apartments are amazing when I previously stayed had issue with hot water and tv so I rang customer service they upgraded the room for me and the service was great and will definitely be staying again
