「Struttura veramente pulita, camera vista piscina silenziosa con letto comodissimo e personale molto qualificato e disponibile. Molto apprezzati la piscina coperta, l'idromassaggio e la palestra. Fermata bus vicinissima. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e cala d'or fantastica!」

「Siamo stati all'inturotel esmeralda park per la prima volta. Quando siamo arrivati il wow é garantito. Di di fronte alla reception si estende una vista mozza fiato. Poi che dire servizio impeccabile (la stanza viene pulita tutti i giorni e il giardino é curatissimo). Il cibo é ottimo( le bibite e l'acqua non sono inclusi nella mezza pensione) e ogni giorno ci sono cibi diversi. 「Pænt, hyggeligt og velholdt hotel på ydersiden og med en dejlig stor altan. Værelsernes indretning er lidt slidt, og kunne godt bruge en opgradering. Der er også en smule lydt, specielt i stuen da man kan høre alt fra trappen. Dette var dog ikke noget vi ikke kunne leve med, og udover det nævnte vi havde en hyggelig og dejlig ferie.」

「Nice quiet hotel but with access a very short walk away to supermarkets restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and the pool area was spotless. Pool was lovely. Bar was dead. We never even saw anyone in there. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Pool towels available for 5 euros and a refundable deposit. We wanted to cook a few meals but there wasn’t even a colander or a small paring knife. The fridge had a door shelf missing and no door on the freezer. We managed. Minor...

「I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. 」

「Bra hotell med bra service! Vi trivdes bra. Dock upplevde vi att det var väldigt varmt på rummet. Tydligen satte de på ”kylan” i rummet ett visst datum och inte innan det då vi behövde det. Det fanns många aktiviteter och pooler att använda/utnyttja och det var nära till stranden. 」

But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ). 「More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food.」
