Lovely large room with a great view of the bay. Food was great at breakfast with probably too much to choose from. Had an evening meal on our last night which also had plenty to choose too (Italian night). Reception, cleaners and bar staff all very friendly. No faults from us & thanks!

Restaurant closes at 9 pm for dinner that for a beach location in Spain in my opinion is extremely early, checkout at 10 am is as well extremely early, basically the guests do not have the time even to do breakfast before to leave the room. A big thanks to the Italian guy in reception (I can’t remember the name unfortunately) that has been extremely supportive in multiple occasions.

Hotel itself was totally fine, very clean pool clean place bland food. view itself was amazing just like on pictures.however some of the staff at reception need to turn there frown upside down and consider the clients stay here instead of money. They wanted to charge me twice for my stay total price because prior to my second booking I booked this hotel through a 3rd person (edreams) and had to cancel it because there was technical issues with the booking, edreams told me they’ll refund me, I got the refund not even 2 days after I booked this hotel again, same dates same everything. Only to come here and very aggressively be told that they will charge my card again since it was booked twice? I tried to kindly explain it was a mistake on edreams behalf I had it sorted with them and not to charge my card again since I only needed one booking and it was cancelled not even 24hours after it was made. And this host said to me “I can’t do anything about it whatever card was on the booking will be charged again” excuse me…? Trying to enjoy a lovely holiday for me to now have to transfer my money into another bank so I don’t get charged double…? Ridiculous. However men staff at restaurant and reception are very kind and helpful. Sort it out!
