「We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!」

「The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe.」

The room is newly refurbished with complimentary wifi and many TV channels. The location is nice. Pangkor Seafood Cuisine, 7-Eleven, and KFC are just downstairs. 10 mins walk to the beach and 19 to ferry. The service is great! The staff contacted for check-in before arrival. Also, travel information provided.」

「Great location. Affordable. Friendly and helpful owner. However, the bathrooms seemed to be connected by vent, so easy to hear into neighbors room, and vice versa- not a recommended place to honeymoon ;)」

「since i'm coming from kota kinabalu first, i called and asked the hotel staff where should i get off, when i get to Kundasang. they told me to get off at kinabalu park entrance which is you have to walk back for 25 minutes (they didn't tell me first). the rain is so heavy, i tried to call them again because i cant find a taxi. but they just put me on voice call.. when i get to the hotel, i told them about the incident and they just laugh it off. i told them, that its not funny, and well they...

「This is my 2nd time staying at Fabulous Mutiara Ville, but different unit and block. What I like about this home is clean and tidy. They've kitchen and iron too. If they've hair dryer, that'll be perfect.」
