「When I checked-in room was not at all clean along with the bathroom. I could see the bad bugs on the bed. The towels were stinking and very dirty. While using the bathroom drainage was also not proper. However, they have upgraded the room after raising a concern but then there was only one light and the socket was working rest was not working. 「Property is good for only staying in resort. If you want to explore Udaipur then look at some other place. You have to reach to the resort before the sunset as the way to resort is very silent and non crowded. Not suggesting for couples it’s only for group and suggesting for boys group.」

「downgraded our room upon arrival and attempted to trick us into thinking that we booked it, then told expedia it was actually an upgrade. we were not allowed the private villas that we booked, but given a room in the apartment building. it was freezing cold in the room and there was no hot water so we came in tired and cold (winter in rajasthan) only to find that we were denied heating besides a dirty fan heater we got after asking reception. daughter was not given extra bedding until we asked...
