The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The place was busy and they didn't clean the room thoroughly while we stayed. No towels were provided at the terrace near the infinity pool. The water was super chill at the pool.

Very good location. Property condition is good but can be better. There were spider webs on the terrace near the pool. Other than that everything else was excellent. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Restaurant food was delicious. Breakfast had many choices including my favorite Puri Bhaji. Order to make Omelette and Dosa including many north and South Indian dishes were really good.

Avoid this hotel.

Terrible service with terrible and over priced food. Cheap unclean rooms and overpriced food is their business model. The staff is limited, not trained and the ones at the front office don't care about anything nor do they understand the basic concept of hospitality. There is a struggle to even get water in the room.

we booked hotel for 3nights, last night was terrible, hotel confirmed as non smoking hotel but entire 10th floor was full of cigrette smoke till mid night, hotel do not have control on guest, people were drinking n smoking with open gate with very loud voice with uncivilized langauge and creating discomfort to other guests but hotel staff seems helpless and no control. it was embarrissing situation with family. Do not recommend this hotel for family stay.....

The problem with Udapuir is that the hotels are scattered everywhere so it is difficult to find anything near the centre of the city. This hotel included. It is in the middle of nowhere. To make matters worse for international tourists the English among staff and the sole restuarant is not great. I think this hotel is mainly for locals. The only restaurant in the hotel had pretty bad service. We ordered something and the guy we asked spent his time speaking to colleagues and we never got it. When I tried to raise this no one understood me and I was offered a phone to type in my question so it could be translated. Not a problem for a local but for a four star hotel? I asked for taxi service at the front desk and was told the hotel does not offer this - even to the airport. Given how far the hotel is from the city we had to get tuk tuk there and back, again not ideal. No bar. It was not the hotel's fault but the pool was taken from 9am until it closed at 7pm by one family who were splashing and loud so no one else could use it. I do not know if I have an answer to that but it wss a right pain given the heat. The room was nice and bed comfy.
