「The property is clean and walking distance to many things. The pool area is very nice but also very slippery. You almost need to tip toe around the pool deck to be safe from falling. Upon chevkin the room i rented and paid for was not available so i had to downgrade my room. They did give our family free breakfast to make up for this. I also wanted to book excursions at the excursion desk but they were not very helpful. They took my name and avtivities i wanted to do and contact information and...

The property was a perfect distance from everything literally, so sad we had to leave but will be back definitely. 」

「Great staff! Really welcoming and friendly. Great location! Walkable to the beaches in Isla Verde and to many restaurants. Good parking options which isn't easy in this part of town. We were there in the off-season and there were some areas being redone and reconstructed. Not sure if the place is under new ownership? I'm interested to return and see what it's like when the updates are complete. It's a nice location and good price!」
