「这里靠近公路，比较容易找，位置在开发区内，晚上安静。因为是品牌酒店，所以提供基本的服务。很多英国小酒店是家庭式的，楼梯狭窄，没有电梯。相比较，还是这种品牌酒店更方便，尤其是你带着很重的行李时，有电梯简直是天大的好处。当然酒店房间千篇一律，不如老式楼房有情调。看你的需要。」

「The hotel location is good and walking distance from shopping center. Restaurant staff, including Hellen and Luizer are very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. But the hotel is little bit old and not clean. I stayed 9 nights and will consider to live here again next time.」

「Very large room with separate desk area. Floors were very creaky so not good if you need to get up in the middle of the night without making noise! Breakfast was good, you could ask for vegan sausages. Disappointed on my last day they had no mushrooms so I could only eat baked beans and tomatoes from the hot buffet (plus the vegan sausages I asked for every day!) Would be nice if there was more fresh fruit too and non-dairy milk out (I presume you could ask for it).」

「Welcoming staff at check-in. Accommodation is in a great location with a lovely outdoor seating area. Room had everything we needed for an overnight stay, warm, comfortable and clean. Just two things to note, the en-suite needs a blind over the window for privacy from outdoor guests using the seating area, and the shower cubicle has mildew on the grout and tiles, which is rather off putting when stepping in to use! However, a very enjoyable stay and would use again. 」

「All the staff were very helpful & friendly. The food was 10 10 couldnt fault any of it. Very peaceful atmosphere and relaxing music playing. Beautiful grounds around the hotel Pool area was peaceful, the shower room could do with a update and the locker didnt work, but wouldnt stop us coming again. 」

「3rd time me and my 12 year old daughter have stayed. We love it. So family friendly. Great staff. Pool is great and breakfast delicious. Added bonus of the gate out the back of the hotel, to get straight on to Telford town park.Already planning our next stay.」

「Room was clean, modern and recently decorated and is great if you like wall-to-wall grey. Our room was located near the bar and stairs, so pretty noisy if you are a light-sleeper. Coffee was weak and breakfast was mediocre, firstly it ran out and then when it did arrive, it wasn't the best quality food. If you're staying on a B&B basis, you should at least get a good night's kip and a decent breakfast, but in all honesty I cannot say we had either! Overall it was reasonable value for money and...

「A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. 」

「Great service - very helpful and friendly, lovely food, bedrooms are dated, bathroom tired - the shower over the bath wasn’t to my liking - dangerous to get in and out of . I wouldn’t say it’s not a nice place to but I wouldn’t stay again tbh 」

「A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it...
