"Beautiful hotel in the centre of Leeds, shops, bars and restaurants all close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back. "

"Nice hotel with great staff. Only complaints were there was work going on in the hotel and we were woken up by drilling in a room adjacent to us before 09am! There was also a lengthy power outage that we were not told about and several guests found it difficult to find reception via the staircase due to poor signage."

"We had a overnight stay in leeds for a few drinks and relax, we arrived early and reception accomodated us and found us a room already cleaned to check into save us waiting around till 3pm . All staff were a credit friendly polite and accomodating at all times ."
