在餵食上面是沒問題的，當然房間有點老舊，但尚可接受，在蘇梅島上這個價錢算OK的，

我們3大1小從蘇梅機場坐的士到酒店需時一小時，酒店有點遠及較偏僻，雖然酒店是有提供巴士去查汶但車程太遠，所以4日3夜的時間都是留在酒店，每日都在酒店用餐，但餐廳的食物選擇不多，味道一般但價格偏高，平均每餐一千多港幣，但性價比低。第一天酒店送了幾款水果，女兒吃得好開心，但只有第一天有贈送，有點失望，因附近不容易買到生果，餐廳提供的只有三款但收費偏高。 酒店房內附有泳池，第二天我們把浴袍弄濕了，放在收衣藍裏，但服務員清潔完房間並沒有提供新的浴袍及足夠的毛巾，連洗頭水差不多用完也沒添加，第一天用完的浴鹽亦沒有再補充新的，作為一家五星酒店這樣的服務標準實在不達標，雖然可以打去前台要求補充，但每發現一樣不足就要聯繫前台就實在太困擾了，今次住宿有點失望，以這個價格而言可以選擇其他

位置極佳，別墅私隱度高，海景也很美，出入酒店各地方都有車接送！很好的住宿體驗！酒店提供了不少活動，有動有靜。如果只入住兩兩日一夜，時間有點趕！

overall the hotel's excellent, especially the ocean view and the attitude of the staff. My wife and I had wonderful memory. I wish the hotel can arrange more activities for us to choose, even the customized activities.

boat trip
we booked a free boat trip and pay THB 4999 for a basket from hotel but some other guestsssss was late so we need to wait for them 30mins , i think hotel need to improve that, everyone should be on time , on schedule and not allowed "late like this!!!!!!!"

服務人員親切有禮 滿分!! 海天一色 非常美的景色 每個房間都擁有私人泳池.大浴缸 擁有極佳視野又兼顧隱密 wifi速度令人滿意 不止在房內 在度假村內都可以滿格收訊 可惜餐廳 創意泰式料理令人失望 早餐buffet尚可但選擇不多 建議錢可以省下來去外面吃 飯店位置偏遠 適合想暫時遠離人群的人 待個幾天

房間很不錯!但餐飲有待加強~
我們待了五天在這裡~基本上房間的設施和景緻絕對是五星級的水準~但餐飲的部分就顯得非常失色~當然JAHN餐廳是例外~他是很不錯的餐廳,但由於我們待的天數比較多天,每天的早餐真的是"乏善可陳",除了菜色樣式少,每天幾乎沒有變化之外,對於住多天的人來說有點痛苦...相對去年我們住在intercontinental...實在就好太多了!加上...游泳池畔的餐食也是人手不足的樣子,點餐沒有供應部分餐點,上菜速度也很慢,去了一次就不想去了~海灘的躺椅很少...基本上你可能要趁沒人時才有機會卡到位置~而部分的特殊餐食...例如BBQ要特定某日才有...但...你也不可能去的時候剛好遇到~只能碰運氣了...所以後來我們幾乎都是開車到外面吃飯~~所以我認為這家飯店的餐食會讓很多人不想再度造訪~

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptional as were the facilities and restaurants of the hotel. You could not ask for a more beautiful view. The sun sets were sensational. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

We asked for the cleaning but wasn't done or only partially done. I believe this kind of service does not match a high-end resort. And the staff should remind people that the cart ride can be dangerous.

Great stay overall. It's very picturesque anywhere in the property. Staff was great, the room's view was perfect for sunset watching, and our room was always kept clean (in the morning and they return again in the evening). Impressed with management as well since they were so hands on - you will see them roaming around the property to actually help clean tables and even drive the buggy for the guests. Breakfast buffet as also good with a diverse selection. The spa service was also amazing. The stay was almost perfect. The only thing we did not like was the in room villa dining. Restaurant food was decent but the villa dining's food quality was terrible! Carbonara we ordered was dry and the fries were stale. You also have to wait for 1 hour for the food to arrive. Time it well as you might miss the sunset like we did. Location is also far from everything so it's inconvenient to go out and eat.
