「My most horrible experience in Al Khobar. Don’t understand how you give 8+ rating to this property where 1. No Internet facility and the IT guy says he can’t do anything about it. 2. After checking in the room, you don’t find a single Towel. When you ask they just bring one towel, no hand towel. No hangers to hang your blazer. 3. Worst Housekeeping staff I have ever seen, very arrogant and indisciplined 4. No Room service Menu, no bar code in the room to even ask for anything. Room service...
