「I enjoyed my stay at this awesome resort. When we first arrived the front desk explained to me that for some reason they didn’t have my reservation from Expedia. However, I showed my confirmation and they got me checked in. My only beef is that we had to switch rooms because of the mix up. 「Never disappointing when I visit the lodge. It’s always clean and pet friendly. Views are amazing. My family’s favorite things there is the pool and spa. They don’t do food room service which is disappointing. The restaurant options weren’t that good either. Had to leave to get some decent food. Overall, it was a good stay. 」

「The area around the property is beautiful! The views and accessibility to the lakes and trails are definitely 5 star!! However, the hotel conditions and staff did not merit the 5 star review. Please be aware that the hotel does not have ANY AC. They have standing fans but we found this did not help with cooling off the rooms and the rooms were about 10 degrees cooler inside than our.
