Nice covinently located place overlooking downtown denver and close to highway amd gas station stores and restaurant and bars. But needs to be updated with some fixed, cleaned a little and face lift to look appealing. It's a budget inn so it lives up to the name. But overall was good stay

Absolutely worse experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked this place for amenities... restaurant was closed the entire stay, no breakfast that we paid extra for, pool/spa closed entire stay..not operational, someone else was assigned our room not once but twice!! With one entering our room in the middle of the night. No manager available to speak to our entire stay asked multiple times. All outdoor doors were all propped open and never felt secure. House keeping never brought clean towels had the same two bath towels for 4 days! No internet upon check out could not provide us any documents/receipt. Place is a joke and definitely not Holiday Inn standards... we definitely will error on the side of caution if considering a Holiday Inn in future if this is their new standard.

This hotel may have been a prime property in its day, but it has fallen under very poor management and low maintenance. The pool area is closed, but not posted as such. (It appears no work has been done in the pool area for MONTHS. It’s actually disgusting and it doesn’t seem even safe to be in there.) The staff leave the outside entrance doors open all day long, allowing anyone or anything to enter without concern for the safety of the guests. The rooms were very outdated and not very clean. The bright spot was the evening staff when we checked in. Super friendly and nice. That’s where the good stuff ended. The ‘available’ breakfast was the low end of continental and was a $16/guest charge if you wanted it. La Quinta and Ref Roof inns have much better FREE breakfasts. We like Frisco and will visit again, but not at this property. Way too over priced and not worth it.

Positive: the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room was decently clean. Negative: the hallways smells of cigarette or cigar smoke. Doors don’t close properly unless you slam them. Walls are super thin. Bed blanket had a shoe print and one of the towel had stains on them. It’s not a bad place when you’re in a pinch.

The hotel was perfectly nice, clean, staff was friendly. Definitely a bummer though to pick a hotel over a motel, thinking you can access some of those amenities (which usually justify the higher price). Was definitely bummed to see the spa was out, as I was on a work trip and have a bad back, so I love to sit in hot water after long drives.
