「It was a Wyndam Resort property. They offered to show me their timeshares, but did not push it on me. The property was beautiful and my unit was quiet and close to the exit, which I asked for. Clearly he was not trained in how to prioritize the front desk and no management to help him out. The communication about the shuttle process was poor and managed the front desk.」
