「Fire alarm rang at midnight, no announcement and no explanation to guest on what is going on. I called to asked for wine opener n check on my tv setting. No response after I talked to reception even they said they will send ppl over. Housekeeping is unpredictable. They left pillow case on the chairs in my room unattended. Bath tub is dirty. 」

「I particularly searched for car park but they don’t have one, don’t get deceived by it’s name it’s not close to airport, there are flea on bed, makes us itchy overnight ,very unpleasant stay. Air con doesn’t work, and it’s not just bad in soundproof, it is insanely horrible I can even hear the guy in the next room sleep talking ! 」

"We booked 3 rooms for our stay, and we have to do the check-in for the 3 rooms in different time due to the unavailability of the room, this is quite time-consuming. Also, the housekeeping services is a bit disappointing. The bathroom accessories were not refilled and no bottle water was provided."
