「Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. 」

「we stayed at the VIBE Hotel for 4 nights. It started with a very bad wi-fi, but the Manager, Ms Rosy, was very helpful and she was very accommodating. Very good is an understatement of how she was able to help and arrange things for us. She is fantastic!!!!! Every hotel should have someone like Ms. Rosy. Thank you Rosy....you were extra extra nice! We are very happy!!! Wish to extend our stay, but we can no longer cancel our booking from our next hotel. Thank you Vibe....will be back...

And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay. 」
