「房間很新，很整潔，是有一間很邊的房間可以望再富士山的，但出外面看會更好。 很近打卡m記。是露台可能很少用會有小昆蟲。但不使用是沒有影響的。」

「This was a nice property. Plenty of space, clean, quiet and safe. We especially liked the 7-11 staff who helped ship our luggage back to Tokyo.」

「子どもが電車好きで踏切の音が鳴る度に窓から見ていました。 色んな種類の電車を見れて喜んでおり親としては良かったなと思います。 一方で静かな空間を求めている方にとっては踏切の音は迷惑かと思います。実際5時40分くらいから始発の音が響いていました。 101号室なら電車の走る姿を楽しめます。もう一方では電車の音だけ聞こえるのでそこはどうかと思います。 個人的には子どもがとても喜んてくれたので大変満足いたしました。」

「Samurise Daruma is a convenient place to stay for visiting Mt Fuji and the five lakes region. The self check-in option is convenient. The area around the property is easy to navigate. Fujikyu station is just a few steps away. The property is a little dated but clean and has everything you need for a short stay.」

「The Group operates numbers of hotel and restaurants in Japan. However all emails are long and in Japanese, which really only Japanese can understand. Also I found a strange of hair on futon.」

「房屋主人在房子等我們的到來，並用簡單的英語和我們解說房子如何使用，以及遇到問題要如何聯絡，服務100分。 有詢問家人膝蓋不好，不便上樓，雖然屋主說不行，但是客廳沙發其實很舒適，媽媽選擇了搬棉被下樓睡沙發。」

「The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. 」

「Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...

「房子很新，很大，景色很美，有私人溫泉，足湯（普通熱水），一早起來就見到富士山，整體都很好。 不太滿意的是住了兩個晚上，抽紙，廚房紙不夠用，但房子沒有補給服務。配置的洗衣機有乾衣功能，但乾衣後衣服起雛嚴重。」
