"I had a terrible experience in this hotel. The tenant upstairs were running in the room all night and I call the front desk to make them stop but nothing happen. Then I call the front desk again, but they start to say things like “if you want them to be quiet you can say to them yourself or you can leave.” When I check out the man says “ if you think they are aloud you can call the police” and said I had no common sense. It was a little child or a dog in that room which is okay by itself , but be noisy was not yet I wasn’t going to call the police on them anyway, yet the hotel took it on me somehow. "
