「The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. It took some time for the bartenders at the bar to warm, but they were friendly as well. The beach was great, the groom was good, we loved having a balcony facing the beach. 」

「We were surprised with this hotel. I must admit the outside of hotel is a little confusing, it’s not too clear that it is Crown Plaza. We saw a couple of different signs before we saw the hotel name. The outside is the most outdated but the rooms and inside/lobby were great inside. Only complaint is that the restaurant inside the hotel was way overpriced for the quality of food, really not impressed. Room service took way too long and added about $15 in the bill compared to walking up to the...

「We only have Rave Reviews for this Extended Stay America location in West Melbourne, FL. At check in we were told that they were overbooked but thankfully, Angie, the Assistant Mgr., worked her “Miracle” and found us a room and as a courtesy for the inconvenience caused, one Queen vs 2 Queen beds & returning Extended Stay America guests, she gave us the complimentary night stay. That’s why we will keep returning to Extended Stay America properties. Kudos Angie!!」

「This is my 2nd stay here. Very quiet neighborhood. Suite is amazing. Large enough for a prolonged stay. It is like having a whole apartment to yourself including a kitchenette, living room space and separatebedroom. Fire pit outside was nice at night and breakfast was good. Plan on staying here again when on our way driving south. 」
