「Nos encanta el hotel.」

「El personal muy amable. Nos recibio Jose en la recepcion que nos facilito la habitacion antes de la hora de entrada con mucha amabilidad. El personal de limpieaza muy amable, sonriente. Buena comunicacion con el transporte publico, siendo facil de llegar con el bus 66 o 90, la parada estando a menos de 50m del hotel. La comida rica y variada todos los dias.」

「Bon hôtel familial , mais loin de Playa del ingles (location voiture OK) 」

「Las instalaciones estan bien, el personal muy amable y tratan de ayudarte ,cuando les haces alguna pregunta. Tiene muy próximo la estación de autobuses, bueno para poder desplazarse por toda la isla. El acceso a la playa, no es fácil ,para las personas con problemas de movilidad, tiene una subida con rampas o escaleras.」

「bon séjour. Je suis allé pour la semaine de la Pride. J’étais à l’hôtel uniquement pour dormir. Il a fait son job. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen cependant. Pas assez de saveurs gustativement et assez basic. 」

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「This hotel is unreal, 5 stars through and through. The food and drinks are to such a high standard, we couldnt actually believe the food of this standard was all inclusive! All areas of the hotel, from pool to bars, to restaurants and the room were clean, luxurious and modern. We had one week here and honestly we would love to come back. 「Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider im Service oft noch nicht ganz eingespielt oder unsicher an z.B. der Bar. Alles war schön, aber kleine Details waren leider nicht so schön, kaputte Lichtschalter, Steckdosen und die Klobürste war eine Zumutung. Auch defekte Waschbecken, Seifenspender an der Pool Toilette wirkt so als wäre es egal. Vegetarisches Essen war leider hauptsächlich Gemüse mit Aioli oder Salat nach über einer Woche sehr eintönig. Würden wieder hin, aber nicht für 9 Tage.」

「Couldn’t fault the hotel. It had everything right. Hotel not too big so it was easy to get to everything. Self serve drinks including wine, beer and soft drinks meant there was never a queue at the pool bar. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and shade. Poolside food was good but we preferred the buffet, but the kids preferred the chicken legs and chicken nuggets by the pool. Hotel was very clean and always being cleaned. 「La entrada al hotel la piscina super muy morderno por fuera. En la habitación y salón ya es hora de hacer cambio de camas y comedor,sobre la limpieza estuve 3 dias y no me limpiaron paso un vez la cámarera a limpiar le dije en 10 minutos salgo y nunca volvio ni cambio de toallas nada 」

「Fantastic stay, staff were very kind and noticed it was my partners birthday on check in from reviewing their passport and brought a bottle of sparkling to the room. Maria in the rooftop bar was very accomodating and made sure we enjoyed our holiday. 」
