「新しいホテルのようで施設全体が綺麗で清潔、快適でした。 また、アパートメントホテルなので洗濯機もあり、毎日汗だくの下着や洋服を洗濯できてありがたかったです。 立地については、オーチャードまで徒歩10分程度かかりますが、22時までは、パラゴンショッピングセンターの中を突っ切っていくと、大通りの反対側に高島屋が見えるところまで行けるので近く感じました。 途中にセブンイレブンもありました。 次に行く時も、このホテルに泊まりたいです。」

「总体酒店的体验很好，设施员工都属于中上级别，问题出自住客，这里很多中国国内来的旅客，可能习惯不一样吧，他们很喜欢一个大家庭来住两三个客房，晚上从走廊的一端大声跟另一端的朋友沟通，而且会带榴莲去客房吃，味道全层都会闻到，投诉了几次还是老样子，酒店也拿他们没办法，而且小孩子特别嘈，别人家的孩子都安安静静的，就我国的孩子特别闹，大半夜的跑来跑去在走廊等公共空间闹，如果喜欢安静的朋友们还是要考虑一下，尽量不要在国内长假期间入住此酒店。」

「房間很大很乾淨！附近小販中心很多東西吃也有超市。還有游泳池。唯一缺點是房間打掃一週兩次。其它都很棒。 附近捷運站走路大約8-10分鐘。」

「I have stayed here for around 3 weeks on 2 different floors. The housekeeping was so bad when i stayed on the 9/f and become better after I moved to another floor. The one basic thing the housekeeper did was tidying up the bed. Even I placed the card on the bed/table, they still ignored. The amenities like body wash/ cotton pads were never refilled in full. There were always things missing that I had to call the concierge to refill. This is worst than a 3-star hotel.」

「Great location and convenience accommodation. You can find everything just around the corner, i.e. 7-11, supermarket, restaurant etc. convenient to most of tourist spots. Better to download Grab for a taxi.」
