「The reception area was bright and clean. The room was large, clean, and the kitchen had almost everything I needed, except a roll of paoer towel which I needed badly. Finding the hotel was very difficult, evdn though it was on a main street and very visible. Even four locals did not know. Why? Because the name of the building the hotel is that of an old church. 「Stayed for 4 nights. Quiet, tidy and spacious room. Around 12 mins walk to Canary Wharf Station is totally acceptable. Friendly reception staff. Will recommend.」

「Location is good. The facilities are not well maintained. Garage in and out need to contact staff to open the gate. Room window blocked and no fresh air. Room temperature hot but can't control. Overall not very clear and tidy.」

「There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. 」

「Really nice rooms and super close to tube stations. Excellent communication with the staff. Only down sides were the mattress needs replacing. Toilet seat broken and shower didn’t drain very well. A few improvements could really make the different. However still fantastic value and enjoyed our stay. 」
