「非常好的周年紀念體驗」

「極失望的一間酒店，來之前所有評價都說早餐是可以於房間內享用，但來到第一晚前台女職員說因我是經由Hotel. Com預訂，不是由他們公司預約，所以不能，只 可在酒店餐廳進食，此已令我十分不滿意，在哪裡預訂對你們有分別嗎？ 。 在最後一天，我們還未醒來，前台不斷打電話要求我們將車子交還，有租車公司來取車。 十分奇怪，我們租車是直接交還機場的。 於是我還穿著睡衣跑到前台了解後，原來根本不是我的租車公司，你們可以問清楚才通知客人，核對清楚車牌，為何一朝早嘈醒客人。所以前台職員根本不負責任，事後連一句不好意思打擾了你都沒有，簡直氣炸。」

「有游泳池，櫃檯有電腦使用」

「到步後check in 時，沒告知golf resort 不屬酒店的，所有推廣不可在這處使用。 一般resort, 翌日清潔房間後，例必安排一套新淋浴用品，以便客人遊泳後再淋浴，但欠奉。 毛巾比較舊，有感不潔，不論房內及泳池提供的。 Golf club餐廳服務水準不達標，跟檔次不相符。」

「整理環境非常棒，但是房間內不是非常整潔，我們是入住雙臥室房型，廚房的整潔度不足，有待加強。 入住其間也預訂了酒店內的SPA，非常不滿意芳療師的手法，我們母女三人從沒體驗過如此差勁的SPA，收費很貴，但根本沒有享受到該有的服務，真的有很大的改善空間。 酒店附設的kid’s club也需改善，俱樂部的哥哥姐姐一點也不友善，小孩在裡面也沒有跟小孩有任何互動，非常冷淡。」

「its better to notice the guests that the distance from hotel to the old city is so far away in the discription of hotel. i did my booking in china and google map was blocked thats why the distance could not be shown. anyway, the environment is nice and stuff are passion. the unique problem is the distance. i suggest that the hotel may provide the shuttle service if its available」

「We feel this hotel is outstanding, the room was very cleaning and better everything is so good. The swimming pool is near by the hotel so large and some many to play. The breakfast if so some many choice to eat is fit for china people. But the some many car park is parking outside hotel with guard is safety. 」

「We stayed 5 nights at the Lodge. What a lovely place. The breakfasts were great. Tasty and plentiful. Staff were lovely. We had a room withs stairs to the bedrooom. They were kind enough to change us to a room with no stairs. Beer was great and smoothies great as well. Would definitely stay again. Thank you everyone」

「I liked that there western fast food options within walking distance. The hotel provided complimentary water and instant noodles. The reason it didn't give a perfect rating was that wi-fi was not reliable. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The property is beautiful. Room was nice but dark with only 2 windows. Staff very pleasant. Expedia site incorrect on services. No made to order breakfast. The 1st 2 days was a buffet and I am vegan so I had toast, fruit and coffee then had plain rice or french fries for dinner. No tour services or info. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, dogs barking and roosters crowing all times of day. The close proximity to mae klang waterfall made for a nice walk and great place to have lunch along...

「一行6人租了2間屋, 地方十分整潔, 環境舒適寧靜, 設備又夠齊全. 有夾萬, 桌球台, 吧台, 游泳池, 燒烤爐. 燒烤完又有專人幫手收拾及洗碗碟. 早上又有專人煮早餐, 打掃及洗衣服.」
