"We booked a hot tub room, we appreciated the room being ready earlier than the usual time for check in. However, the hot tub had few stands of hair (not ours), so we ended up cleaning and washing the hot tub before using. There were ants in the room and cobwebs. We were by the lift/elevator so we heard the mechanical sound of it going up and down all day. They had a trainee at the reception desk, so because of misinformation of where to retrieve the ice, we first went to the reception desk then...

"Beautiful setting amongst groves of palm trees, with good swimming/snorkeling. Beach-front bungalow was great for lounging by the water (loved the hammocks), though wish room was better lit and had AC that worked in both rooms. "

"We got an overwater bungalow and it did not disappoint. We could view the fish (and even an octopus!) under our bungalow through a glass panel in the floor. We could also climb down into the water directly from the deck in front. The water is very clear and shallow close to the property, and it's easy to snorkel.
