Fortunately the cleaning teams of Charmillion are very committed in cleaning, but rules should be applied more for dirty people. All the people from the restaurant and the custom service ate welcoming and smilling. Rooms are clean, room service is very good. The pools are clean.」

「Otel gayet temizdi. Sahil ve denizi müthişti . Çocuklu aileler için oldukça rahat bir tatildi. Yemekleri daha çok yöresel, Türk otelleri ile kıyaslanamayacak kadar az çeşit çıkıyor. İlgili, güleryüzlü personel kadar asık suratlı ve hoşnutsuz personel de vardı. Genel itibariyle memnun kaldık. 」

「是在埃及期间住到的最满意的酒店 房间很大 阳台很舒服 浴室都隔成三个隔间 洗漱用品也非常齐全 最关键的是酒店有好多游泳池 自己就有海滩 不出酒店就能直接浮潜 潜水 环境也特别好 适合全家一起旅游！就是离市场稍微有点远 但是离机场近！总之 再去沙姆沙伊赫 还是会选择这家酒店 性价比超高！」

「在埃及算是非常不错的酒店了，卫生和条件都不错，性价比较高。早餐也不错。只是服务员稍差，11点到酒店说房间已经好了，但要求交77美元才给办理入住，因为还没到check in时间。」

「Overall everything was nice. Room was spacious, not new but very cozy. WiFi is OK. Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. I accidentally arrived one day earlier but the check in staff handled it perfectly. Two restaurants in the lobby were nice. Generally the Egyptian cooks well for both traditional dishes and foreign dishes. ATM right at the front door which both foreign currency cash exchange and money withdraws can be done, which is very convenient. Little convenience store,...

「Nous avons réservé pour 3 nuits et avons du changer de chambre le 2ème jour. Ils nous ont fait vider la chambre alors que la notre n'était même pas nettoyé nous avons du patienter un bon moment pour pouvoir changer nos vêtements afin de visiter les pyramides. En fait nous n'avons pas eu la chambre qui était prévue pour nous le premier jour. 「Excellent experience, super friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have a fabulous holiday, nothing is to much trouble, even though the mostly young staff who work 14 hour shifts always remain polite, friendly and smiley. The beach bar is amazing, I have attached a photo of Mr Sayeds and Mr Samehys amazing team. 「It's a good hotel. Very good CP with comfortable room and service. The view is really good and I do really enjoy the stay in this hotel. The balcony door is not work, but been fixed after raising this problem to the front desk. It took a little bit time to fix it, but it's acceptable. Bathtub is perfect and with hot water & broad spaces. It's a good hotel, wish you enjoy this as I do.」

「Die gesamte Anlage und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön. Das Essen ist gut könnte aber an manchen Stellen etwas besser gewürzt sein, was in solchen Ländern eigentlich sonst kein Thema ist. Die Zimmer haben schon länger keine Renovierung erfahren, leider ist die Dusche eine Fehlkonstruktion und es läuft in Strömen heraus. Das war in beiden Zimmern der Fall, die wir hatten. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zu Späßen aufgelegt. Allerdings tendieren einige dazu den Service langsamer zu...
