「第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。」

「Located near where the cruise ships dock; it's a perfect place to checkout the old town or wander up to Sunset Beach with all the restaurants and bars...and yes, sunsets. The rooms were clean and big...and the beds were comfy. All the staff were very helpful; we also were able to enjoy an afternoon at the pool...so lovely. Highly recommend!」

「What a fine hotel this is! I had high hopes but it still exceeded expectations. Private Transfer is definitely worth it if your time is limited. Food is pricier than city but quality is superb and the breakfast is perfect. What really makes the hotel is the staff. Extremely good at making you relaxed and feeling welcomed. When the weather turned and an issue with our return day arose, they had arranged a boat, a driver and a new hotel so that our stay was seamless… and all before we had time to...

「New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.」

「应该是萨拉热窝最好的酒店之一了。地点很棒，离老城很近，步行不过10分钟。有自带的停车场，一天12.5欧，还算合理。酒店很新，设施不用说了，万豪出品还是很有保障的。自带小厨房，设施很齐全。早餐还行，平均水平吧。能够识别高级会员身份，尽管是第三方预订，但是在入住后前台电话通知给升了一级（行李已经打开了，谢绝了好意）。」

「Ok so honest review. The apartment was beautiful and a good size. Great hot water and water pressure which can sometimes be an issue in old town. The lady at check in was super friendly and informative and getting in and out of the apartment was easy. You are literally in the middle of everything which brings me to the negative. Noisy all the time which is the trade off for being in the middle of everything. Noisy until late and noisy early in the am. The people above us were noisy as well all...
