「Fantastic property & excellent service. 」

「Check in was easy and welcoming. However, the keycard did not work and I called reception and then I had to go back downstairs for them to actually register the keycard. The facilities were good with a nice and spacious gym and pool with a refreshing water machine to drink at your disposal. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in this hotel but not much around the area. The most disappointing thing would have had to have been the breakfast service. I ordered room service and...

「Breakfast is very low, nothing to eat. A few olives, a few stripes cucumber tomate, that's it. and the personal woman in the restorant very unfriendly. No politeness. The cleaning service housekeeping unfriendly.Not clean working. The Mobiliar in the rooms are very beautiful and that was the best.and that's ist. 」

「シャワーが途中で水になり、スタッフに伝えたところ対応すると言われたが、その後も同じだったので評価下げた。しかし、おいしい料理を食べられるところを紹介してくださいと頼んだら、店まで案内してくれたところは素晴らしかった。 実に美味かった。」

「Hi! Since there were renovation taking place within the hotel, I did not manage to stay in the actual hotel building. The Avand hotel took good care of me while providing possible other solutions for the accomodation. Thus, I finally decided to have my whole stay in another hotel. The hotel management was effective and friendly in communications.」
