「無足夠車位，説好的免費泊車呢？原來只有十個車位左右，結果要泊街 (8am要揸車走/入錶) 房間ok，廁所都幾大 早餐area 太多人, 好混亂，而且無人收拾乾淨 」

「The Aberdeen Douglas was a perfect choice to meet our needs for this 2 night stay .The hotel is central and convenient to the Train Station,Bus station and all the attractions the city has to offer .All the staff we come into contact with during our stay on reception ,were so friendly and helpful .We had a problem with the window in our 1st room but after pointing this out to reception ,we were moved ,no problem to another room .The breakfast was good and plentiful and again such helpful and...

「飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。」

「On arrival at Waterside Hotel, found the car park was mostly filled with work vans, so wondered if it was the right choice for a couple, but on entering we found the staff friendly and helpful, the room was basic but clean, the TV was set on the dressing table blocking the mirror. Breakfast in the morning was really good, with a great choice and tasty well cooked hot food and good speedy service, so good value overall.」
