「I don't understand why the previous reviews were so negative. I've stayed in various hotels all over the world and this one was perfectly fine. Room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom clean and power shower worked great. Manager didn't speak great English, but once we got chatting, he turned out to be a really nice guy. 」

「We spent 3 nights at this apartment in Newbiggin. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, and well-equipped; a real home away from home. Please note that the location of the accommodation is within a residential estate and is a terraced block. We were able to hear noise and conversations from neighbouring properties and so felt very conscious of our own noise levels when in the apartment. 「Great communication before arrival. Upon arriving I was met by a lady who showed me to the apartment. I was very happy with the apartment. Everything I needed for a few days. Parking was no problem as the apartments have their own car park. It us a short drive from shops but you don't have to go miles. Would certainly book again if I'm in the area.」

「Great room which was plush and spotless, great hosts who were friendly and attentive and a great location to walk into the town for an evening bar meal, a short walk to the coast and beach or for sightseeing in the area. Breakfast was superb. Will certainly be returning. 」

「Our stay was very good. All rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. The only problem was kitchen. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not great. Any cup, plate or pan we wanted to use had to be washed before it could be used. Otherwise we were happy with everything else. There was a problem with heating when we arrived but it has been quickly resolved by maintenance engineer.」
