「It seems there was no enough staff at the counter as we arrived , we found there just has a note on the counter the staff went to help someone in the hotel and just nomore staff standby . 」

「It was a very nice place and never thought of the equipments and utensils in the hostel are so complete. The garden cabin has 2 bedroom, one comprehensive kitchen and a bathroom. It was a wonderful place and I would definitely go there again if I go to Port Arthur again. 」

「I feel comfortable staying in the hotel. Although I check in at 10am, there is clear instruction given that is easy to read. The staff is nice and the shuttle bus service fits perfectly our schedule. 」

「Friendly helpful staff and very trad menu in keeping with the style of the property. A bit surprised about the need for bottled water but I get it, given the Tasman peninsula’s unique location.」

「The motel is located just above the Port Arthur Historic Site. The restaurant and its outdoor can enjoy an excellent view of the whole area. However it requires you to drive to the site as it is blocked from entering from the motel. The motel services are very good!」

「Although this hotel is really convenience, salamanca market is just nearby, but i found a pair of smelly dirty socks under my bed ! Also inside the sink is stinky. I cant believe that next to my room’s window are three garbages!!!! yes, i live at the underground floor with several stairs, and i need to carry heavy luggage to walk down . And i can never meet the receptionist even during the working hour but just left a memo with phone call on desk. It is really not a good experience for me .」

「We did not spend long enough here! Lovely room, wonderful breakfast, really helpful manager and staff. You can stay nearer to town or Battery Point but this is super reasonable and well worth the extra nice walk」

「We were there in April 2014. The hotel room is not that clean and with smell. We found worms in the room which made us want to switch to other hotel...」

「There is sufficient parking space under the apartment but you need skills to drive the vehicles out the gate. There are also free parking spaces on street so it’s not a problem to us. The bathroom is accessible to disabled, which is good, yet water easily spills out the shower area and wet the bath mat. Really love the balcony which has sunshine and wind to dry clothes after washing. There are washing machines and dryer in the apartment too. 」
