「I stayed there because my usual hotels were all taken during the Africa Cup of Nations. This place was overpriced given the rooms and the overall experience, but given the context I can forgive that. However, the Wifi is not very good in the rooms. There was an access point just 5m away from my room but it still regularly stopped working, making even basic video or audio calls difficult at times. 「Please don’t book this hotel! Inspite of having a confirmation # and my card was charged this booking did not exist when I arrived. The phone # shown is incorrect. I had to provide the correct # to Hotels.com agent so he could call and sort it out. This hotel is not affiliated with Hotels.com and the hotel informed me that they only take reservations over the phone directly with the customer. Fortunately they had openings and I was able to stay but required cash. 」

「Relativt bra hotell som ligger någorlunda centralt i Abidjan. Hotellet har ett litet gym och en pool, om man är intresserad. De serverar bra mat för den som är hungrig. Hotellet är kanske något slitet men är renligt och bra säng.」

「Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website.」
