"Brilliant location, easy car parking, lovely continental breakfast, can buy full English breakfast. Comfortable kingsize bed, bath and shower, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in bathroom. Iron and hairdryer in wardrobe. Would highly recommend the Chester Grosvenor Hotel. Just the prefect getaway."

"Very good overall, self serve breakfast ok Some TV noise etc through walls from adjoining room, poor soundproofing Good location, some nice restaurants, pubs and shops locally. Walk into Chester 15 mins"

"Good and bad. Room clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. Pillows felt if they were full of little foam balls, and mattress very soft but slept well, once the outside music stopped. On Friday and Saturday nights the music is tired up loud and the bright young things of Chester come out to play. As there were not many people outside they did turn the music down when asked but in the summer I would think it would go on until late. "

"Pleasantly surprised as would not normally pick to stay in a hotel at service station but the room was great - very comfortable bed and really modern and clean. The staff at check-in and out where really friendly. Prefect place if you need somewhere to spent the night. "

"The location was perfect and we were able to get parking (one of the main reasons for booking). The only real complaint was the lack of notice on the weekly fire alarm but also having itchy sheets. "
