「The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed...

「The apartment is new, spacious and super clean. Two of the bedrooms and the balcony are facing the endless coastline of Kirra Beach. The beach has children’s playground and jogging tracks. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. So there is no need to worry about breakfast and dinner. The room service clean up daily and make up of beds was done in one of our 3 night stay. However, they forgot to replenish our laundry powder in one of the day. We cannot get back the laundry powder at night...

「Apartment was lovely. Building works and road works around the apartment block, but we knew about this prior to our arrival, and wasn’t a problem to us Our only issue was the owner of our apartment took over our allocated parking spot 2 days into our stay for the rest of the week. We were allocated another space, but we feel that this should not have happened. We paid for the apartment with an allocated parking space. Luckily we arrived back to the apartment during the hours that the reception...

「This was a nice stop along the coast. It was a pain to get to the reception area as lots of construction around. The rooms were large- close to beach and dining options. Parking was great since the area is very busy. The rooms were dated but clean. 」

「Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods. Iron provided, no ironing board. Only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. No extra towels and no face washers were included. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. It was just the small details that let the property down. 「I've never seen such a dirty place before. There’re chocolate leftovers in the cupboards and there're lots of ants. The ants kept visiting us during our stay. The service of the reception was also very bad. They refused to help us to make a local phone call when we had trouble making the call! Their admin was also terrible. The reception asked me to settle a payment, but I was sure that we'd settled all payment. I tried to clarify the whole thing. One reception lady firmly said that we'd joined...

「The sandalwood scent and music as you walk into the lobby was inviting and the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little dated, yet accommodation was good for the price. Room well presented. Location was good and close to local shops and beach. 」
