「The location of this hotel is great, and convenient. I took the shuttle bus (Glasgow Airport Express 500) from the Glasgow airport and stop is just right in front of the George Carlton Hotel. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The front desk is friendly and professional. I stayed in this hotel for three nights and the bed is very comfortable. I took the breakfast in the hotel which is located at 7th floor with great food. I will stay in this hotel for my next visit to Glasgow.」

「check in very friendly. ordered room service and liked how you could collect from the restaurant saving the extra charge for delivery. the pizza I ordered could done with being cooked a little longer but was ok. friendly checkout. very handy taxi rank at the door. stayed at this location to attend concert in the OVO Hydro and found it very convienant for that 」

「The room with balcony was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There were some issues though, the iron didn't work at all and the ironing board was faulty. The casting option on the TV was hit and miss but the WiFi was very good. The bed was very comfortable and the Aircon efficient. The main problem was the face that upon our arrival on Saturday tea time, the lifts were not working. We were on the top floor and with luggage having to climb many stairs (two flights for each floor) was problematic....
