「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. 「We had four nights in the De La Danza suite( a disco/nightclub Ibiza theme. It has large balcony/lounge/bedroom 2 TVs ( 1 with Sky ) and very large en-suite. Sep shower for two and a very deep bath with hand held rinse. Over designed funky theme, lacking in practical points. Takes couple of days to work out lighting options. No hooks for robes or towels, no mirror within cord distance of hairdryer ( had to look at tv screen) and no good area for putting on make up. art over bed digs into your...

「We put all our towel in bath tub & supposed to have new towels on second day. But the housekeeper just put back all our used towels(mixed up our towels) in position. We then asked the reception for change of new towels but then the housekeeper didn’t change them, just tidy them again. However we recognised that they were our used towels again. Besides, all the facilities in bath rooms are outdated, really needed renovation! Really disappointed as they are not budged hotel & the rooms...
