「Parking in a nearby lot which is walkable and reasonably priced. Excellent hotel with excellent amenities especially the gym, coffee shop and bar. shower was amazing. Staff is helpful. there is a train station on one side of the building, if you are a light sleeper consider the opposite side. Would definitely recommend staying here. The decor of the rooms with record player is pretty cool.」

「Beautiful property with scenic view of the entire city. Scenic elegant restaurant with gorgeous view of city. Excellent Fitness center. The only thing I would say is no air-conditioning in room but that’s only a problem if it’s over 20°! would stay again.」

「Friendly staff, clean, great location, nice to have on-site parking. Meals were delicious, view was great. Nice and quiet. Only negative is we drove by it three times without realizing. Google maps was confused, but the volume of ship visitors was distracting. Would recommend.」

「Our accessible room was perfect for us. We had a great view of the courtyard. We enjoyed the complimentary full breakfast that was served in the dining room. The handicap parking was very close to the lift to get up to our room.」

「Comfortable stay in quiet environment. Only complain is intermittent Wifi connection. Also, if you plan to walk between hotel and city center, it is a very tiring climb back to hotel, not advisable for elderly people or carrying lots of stuffs.」

We sprung a slow leak in our rental car tire coming into Cobh. Kevin went above and beyond and fully handled the situation for us on a Sunday! He got us a new tire, changed it out and had us on the road early Monday morning. We didn’t miss any sights in Cobh or on our trip up to Kilkenny thanks to him. He truly made our vacation and his kindness was VERY much...
